Oakwood Care Group was founded in 2023 with a vision to transform the standard of residential care in Wales. What began as a single family-run care home has grown into a respected care provider operating two specialised facilities.
Our founder, Kuljit Grewal, established Oakwood with a mission to create care environments where residents would feel truly at home, while receiving the highest standard of professional care. This vision continues to guide us today.
Over the years, we have expanded our services to meet the diverse needs of our community, developing specialized care programs and continuously investing in our facilities and staff development. Today, Oakwood Care Group remains family-owned and operated, maintaining the personal touch and commitment to excellence that has defined us from the beginning.
