Jolene

Care Home Manager

Jolene is the Care Home Manager at Bryngwy Residential Home, where she has dedicated nearly two decades of service. Over the years, she has progressed through various roles, gaining extensive experience and ultimately earning her current management position. Her commitment to the home and its values is reflected in the pride she takes in both the high standards of care delivered and the dedication of the team she leads.

A lifelong resident of the Rhayader area, Jolene comes from a farming background and was raised in the agricultural community. She now resides in the Elan Valley, where she continues to farm alongside her husband and their three children.

Jolene is deeply passionate about her role at Bryngwy. Her vision is to see the home continue to thrive, ensuring residents receive the highest quality of care and support and that both they and their families feel truly at home.
