Our Application Process

You'll be invited for an in-person interview at the care home, where you'll meet the manager and key team members and have the opportunity to tour the facility.

4. Pre-Employment Checks

We'll conduct reference checks and request a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check to ensure the safety of our residents.

5. Job Offer

If successful, you'll receive a formal job offer outlining the terms and conditions of employment, including salary, working hours, and benefits.

6. Onboarding & Training

You'll receive a comprehensive induction and training program to ensure you have all the skills and knowledge needed to excel in your new role.
